The pendulum

It is possible to explore the energies that can be found in your house while using a pendulum, exactly as one does with techniques as kinesiology and dowsing.
All energies influence your electro magnetic system and  the subtle muscles of your body. This can be a neutral, healthy or harmful influence.

 You can measure this influence by using an instrument that makes the subtle muscle reactions of your body visible.

One of those instruments is the pendulum.

There are many different types of pendulums. Some must be held in the hand horizontally like the so called “Bio tensor”.

Others must be held vertically between the tips of your thumb and index finger.

You could buy a pendulum in a shop for a lot of money but you can also make one yourself.

All pendulums will give you the same results in the process of questioning and answering.

How to make your own pendulum:

Take a thin tread with a length of about 35 cm. This can be sewing-cotton or even a long hair from someone you know.

  • On one end you attach a little weight, like a plain ring or a pendant. But even a weight made from a darning-needle with a bead pasted onto it will do.
And your pendulum is ready  for use!

Take the tread between the tips of your index finger and your thumb:

Now make an agreement between yourself and your pendulum.

Pre-arrange which movement belongs to “Yes” and which movement to “No”.

Let the back and forward movement of the weight of the pendulum be “Yes” and the movement from the left to the right be “No”.

Exercises:

  • Ask the pendulum several times “Give me a Yes” - “Give me a No”. Practice this until you can trust the movement of your pendulum.

Try to be concentrated but not too tensed!

  • Practice this next exercise now while asking simple questions like:

Is this a matchbox?”   (Yes/No);

“Is this a watch?”   (Yes/No);

“Is this a pencil?”   (Yes/No);

And so on.

Before you do any serious question and answer work you have to become familiar with your pendulum and – the most important thing – must have mastered The Art of Questioning.
